The manager, Bryson on the show location here in Fresno Had great customer service and help me a lot. I will definitely be going back when needed. Found my permanent car, maintenance tire Replacement person shout out to the crew as well that worked on my car thank you. My car is driving really good.

I had replaced my tire pressure sensors but my vehicle was not recognizing them. I tried the OEM guidance and Amazon pairing tools, with no success. They were able to pair them for very low cost and same day service. Most shops would've probably upsold me new sensors whether I need them or not. I appreciated my experience at BBT and will definitely return.

Bryson, Vince, both were excellent at answering all of my thousand questions, I have questions for my questions and they answered them all both days I was in, helped me a ton with my car more than I could ever ask for so, I would very much check this place out!!!!! This location at least (Shaw and brawley) seems there here to help you genuinely and that alone makes me want to come back for everything else!!! -Miata man

I went in after my AC Unit was blowing hot air and these guys took me in and began working on my car as soon as I dropped it off. The store manager Bryson was very respectful and kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my car. I’m very satisfied and happy that they were able to get my AC running again especially in this heat and will definitely be coming back for any car services I need. 💯💯💯

Oil light came on between Sequoia and Yosemite, so I stopped in. SO glad I did. Absolute pleasure to work with the guy there.. and was done before I could get back from getting supplies at the Walmart behind the shop. Professional, pleasant and all around an incredible experience... And all I did was get an oil change lol. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend
